1. Make sure the hub is securely plugged in.
2. Check the Hub 3G or 4G
3. Press the power button on the hub to confirm that it is charging
- The 3G hub will flash Green if it is plugged in and charging.
- The 4G hub will flash Red if it is plugged in and charging.
4. If the hub does not turn on please replace the charger and try again.
5. Please confirm that the hub is working as expected by going to the device monitor and searching for the hub
